이세현 작가의 첫 독일 개인전에 초대합니다

 

초이앤초이 갤러리와 베르멜 폰 룩스부르크 갤러리는 이세현 작가의 첫 독일 개인전을 기획하고 주최합니다. 이번 전시는 베를린의 문화 중심가에 위치한 베르멜 폰 룩스부르크 갤러리(Bermel von Luxburg Gallery)에서 개막을 합니다.

 

이번 전시는 2007년 영국의 테이트 브리튼 미술관 그룹전, 2010년 독일의 보쿰 미술관 ,2015년 독일 쾰른 미하엘 호아바흐 재단 ,2016년 노르웨이 베스트포센 미술관, 2021년 스위스 베른 미술관 그룹전과 노르웨이 베르겐 미술관의 개인전 등 유럽 각국에서 활발히 활동을 해 온 이세현 작가의 행보를 이어가는 뜻깊은 전시입니다. 많은 관심과 성원을 부탁드립니다.

Invitation to Sea Hyun Lee's first solo exhibition in Germany

 

CHOI&CHOI Gallery and Bermel von Luxburg Gallery are delighted to present 'Red Sansu: A Landscape Within,' Sea Hyun Lee's first solo exhibition in Germany. The exhibition will be held at Bermel von Luxburg Gallery, located in the heart of Berlin's vibrant cultural center.

 

Building upon his past group exhibitions, such as the ones held at Tate Britain in London, UK (2007), Bochum Art Museum in Bochum, Germany (2010), Michael Horbach Foundation in Cologne, Germany (2015), Vestfossen Museum in Vestfossen, Norway (2016), Bern Art Museum in Bern, Switzerland (2021), as well as his recent solo exhibition at Foundation Kunsthall 3, 14 in Bergen, Norway (2021), this exhibition serves as another milestone, further introducing Lee's artistic practice to European audiences.
